RETURN – REFUND – EXCHANGE
Please review our return and refund terms carefully before initiating a request.
1) Eligibility for Returns
Products are eligible for return only if:
- The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- It is not a final sale item, custom order, or personalized product.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product,
please contact us immediately with clear photos and an unboxing video.
- Important: We strongly recommend recording a complete unboxing video
(from opening the package to inspecting the product).
This helps us verify issues quickly, protects you from fraudulent claims,
and ensures a smooth and hassle-free return or replacement process.
- Requests for damage or missing items may not be accepted without proper
unboxing proof.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund on the same day of pickup (reverse delivery) at no additional cost.
2) Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Accessories, undergarments, or hygiene-sensitive products.
3) Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at support@prithos.in or contact us on WhatsApp at 9311335530. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Products must be shipped back to our warehouse within the timeframe specified.
4) Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, Prithos will cover return shipping expenses.
5) Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6) Exchanges
We offer Free Size Exchange to ensure the perfect fit.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If your required size is available, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
If the requested size is unavailable,
a refund will be issued as per the policy.
The product must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact,
and the exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
7) Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos or packaging videos (if available). We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
8) Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead need to follow the return process.
