Welcome to Prithos. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website prithos.in, services, and products. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to use our Platform or make purchases.

To place orders, you may be required to create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of color, texture, or fit will be completely accurate. Slight variations may occur.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. The final price at checkout includes applicable taxes and shipping fees (if any).

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the products. We reserve the right to accept or decline such offers at our discretion. Order confirmation does not signify acceptance; it confirms receipt of the request.

Payments are processed securely through Cashfree, Razorpay & COD (Cash on Delivery) and associated gateways. We do not store sensitive payment information such as full card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs. You agree to provide accurate payment details for successful transaction processing.

We ship orders within 1–3 business days, subject to availability. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location. Delays may occur due to high demand, holidays, or courier issues. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.

All content, logos, product designs, images, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Prithos. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting unauthorized access, spreading malware, or engaging in fraudulent activity. Violation may result in suspension of access and possible legal action.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external sites.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prithos shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Platform or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prithos, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
