About the Product
What makes Prithos different from other Indian streetwear brands?
Prithos is built on one principle: intention over impulse. We use 450 GSM French Terry for our hoodies — a heavyweight fabric most Indian brands skip because it costs more. Every order is packaged under video for complete transparency. We planted 200 trees before our first drop. We run limited production with no restocks. This is not a brand designed to be forgotten.
What sizes do you offer and how do I know which size to pick?
We offer unisex oversized fits from S to XXL. Our hoodies run true to size for the oversized look — if you prefer a more fitted feel, size down one. Visit our Size Guide for full chest, length, and shoulder measurements in centimetres, plus a how-to-measure guide.
What fabric are the hoodies made from?
Our limited edition hoodies are crafted from 450 GSM French Terry cotton — a heavyweight, structured fabric engineered for durability, warmth, and long-term shape retention. The fabric maintains its structure wash after wash and is designed to outlast fast fashion alternatives by years, not months.
Are the hoodies individually numbered?
Yes. Each hoodie in Drop 001 is individually numbered as part of the limited edition run. Once the drop sells out, there are no restocks. What you own is a specific piece from a finite production — not a product that can be reordered at will.
How do I care for my Prithos hoodie?
Wash inside-out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Dry on low heat or air dry flat — never tumble dry on high. Do not bleach. Iron inside-out on low heat only if needed. For full care instructions across all products, visit our Care Guide.
Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune) are usually at the faster end. Remote PIN codes may take slightly longer. During festival seasons or high-traffic periods, courier partners may experience delays beyond our control.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and digital wallets via our secure payment gateway. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select PIN codes, subject to verification. COD helps first-time buyers order with confidence — we know trust takes time to build.
Is my order packaged under video?
Yes — every single Prithos order is packaged under video. This is our transparency promise. If there is ever a dispute about what was shipped, we have documented proof of exactly what went into your package. This protects you and us both. A link to your packaging video may be shared upon request.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — the order will need to follow our return process. To request a cancellation, email support@prithos.in or WhatsApp us at 9311335530 as soon as possible after placing the order.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return or exchange an item?
Return and exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. To initiate, email support@prithos.in or WhatsApp 9311335530. We offer free size exchanges subject to stock availability. Full details in our Refund & Returns Policy.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Report within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. We strongly recommend recording your unboxing — it protects you if anything is wrong and speeds up our resolution process significantly. Once verified, we arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Do you have a take-back or recycling program?
Yes. When your Prithos piece reaches end-of-life, send it back to us. We recycle or upcycle it — ensuring fashion stays circular rather than going to landfill. As a thank-you, you receive store credit. Email support@prithos.in with subject “Take-Back” to start the process. More details on our Sustainability page.
Sustainability
Is Prithos actually sustainable or is this greenwashing?
We planted 200 trees with Asha ki Bagiya before Drop 001 launched — before any revenue. Every order ships in 100% recycled, biodegradable packaging. We use no plastic. We run a circular take-back program. Our products are built to last years, not months. We don’t use the word “sustainable” as a marketing claim — we use it as a commitment we made before we had customers. Verify it at our IMPACT page.
Who is Asha ki Bagiya?
Asha ki Bagiya is our reforestation partner for the tree-planting initiative. Every Prithos purchase funds one sapling planted through this partnership.
