The idea. Leaving home is rarely dramatic. It is the ordinary move for college or work, and the moment you stop being only your parents’ child. This tee doesn’t say “I miss home”. It says home exists in me, and you carry the floor plan wherever you go.
The graphic. An architectural drawing of a small, specific home: a three-room flat or modest house, the kind many Indian families grow up in. The rooms are unlabeled, so you read your own home into it. In the upper-right room sits a bookshelf with readable titles, the kind found on a family shelf. Scale markers run along the edges, and GHAR KE BAAD appears in fine lowercase type as the drawing’s title block. Printed in drafting-blue.
