Nahi Pata (Hindi for “I don’t know”) is a white, 240 GSM oversized French terry cotton T-shirt from Prithos, the opening piece of Drop 002: Kahan Se Aaye Ho.
The idea. Young people are rarely allowed to not know. Everything pushes toward performed certainty. This tee reclaims “nahi pata” as intellectual honesty: the point at which jijnasa, the desire to know, begins. You are not uncertain. You refuse to pretend.
The graphic. Almost entirely type. NAHI sits on the first line and PATA on the second, full chest width, with a slight deliberate overlap. The lettering is custom-built, not a font: unhurried, bold, slightly imperfect, closer to refined sign painting than graffiti. Beneath it is a line of fine print on jijnasa, readable only when you hold the shirt close. Nothing else on the front.
Fit. Oversized, boxy, drop-shoulder, 1-inch ribbed crew neck. Plain back.
Fabric. 240 GSM, 100% cotton French terry, pre-shrunk, bio-washed. The weight is deliberate: a conviction, not a light confession.
